What is your returns policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Please note that items purchased during promotional sales, clearance or marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at dmntcut@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. If you prefer an exchange, please mention this in your email.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked postal service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Funds will be credited directly to your original payment method.
